Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
